Hello i ordered the OMEN by HP 15-dh0030nl Notebook with NVID product number 7NC46EA#ABZ, but i received a different one, it s a month im writing to postsales assistance email but still not received an answer , i would like to receive the correct one. Can an hp member help me pls?

What do you mean... can an Asus member help me? Asus is not part of HP, so there is no Asus partner here that can do anything.
Did you purchase directly from the genuine HP Online Store or did you purchase from a different store? I have no way of knowing what con NVID is, as this forum and its members are mostly USA based.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
