Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When playing hitman 2, Civ 6, the pc freezes, no buzzing noise, and immediately restarts, this has been going on for almost 6 months now, still under warranty, anything that can fix this. 

all drivers + windows 10 is up to date.

Oh, should also mention I was also suffering about 4 random daily bsod's prior to doing a full factory reset.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the PC is freezing and restarting when you play games.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

Updated the bios and the chipset driver's and the pc still crashes when launching games.

I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
