I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my warranty replacement request.
I first reported the charger/adapter issue over a month ago.
On 17/09/2025, HP confirmed the adapter was faulty and would be replaced.
On 19/09/2025, a courier attempted delivery without prior notice. Since then, despite repeated follow-ups, the adapter has not been delivered.
I have spoken with multiple agents and was repeatedly told to “wait 24 hours,” but there has been no action or update from their side.
This delay is unacceptable. I urgently require my laptop for academic submissions next week, and the lack of a charger is directly affecting my work.
I request the immediate confirmation of courier details and delivery date.
