Hi there,
when I plug in my pc it says that it's plugged in but not charging.
I checked my battery and it's ok, and the power supply can also charge my pc when it's turned off.
I also saw that when i slowly plug in my power supply to the pc it can charge, but for gaming makes the computer very slow...not plugged in i have all the 4 cores running 3000Mhz but when i do the trick of slowly pluging in all the 4 cores stay stucked at exactly 801Mhz.
I realized that the wattage of my power supply is 45W and it should be 90W..
Is that the problem? Can you help me?
I have some prints here:

Yep that looks like a different adapter from another computer.
You would do best to get the correct one.
Your adapters HP part number should be 710413-001.
Here is one I found on Amazon if you are in the USA...

If by chance you are using an AC adapter from another computer thats only 45w, that will not work. The amperage needs to be at the expected rating or higher. Voltage must remain the same.
Also when you're actually gaming, you should be using the power cord when all possible. Otherwise you are recycling the battery much faster than normal, thus bringing it closer to its end of life much faster.
Batteries can only be charged/discharged so many times before they finally fail.
Just so you know.

Note that the link above is for the adapter alone. You will also need the power cord to plug into the adapter.
Its the cord that goes from the wall outlet to the adapter.
I assume you have that part?
