I preordered an hp laptop, was available for probably a month before, last September. Still haven’t got any updates after 2 months. The retailer said the date will be indefinite. But I wondered if there is a possibility that the product is out of the market already and the order is just left hanging; that there was no production, and I was waiting for nothing.
do anyone know how preordering works, the duration, or even the assurance if it will be served? Do they update their retailers about the product that has been preordered?
