Hp Omen 16.1. Primary monitor is not working properly. Sometimes blank screen and sometimes cursor is stuck and the goes to black screen again.but when connect to external monitor working fine. I bought it from USA but now working in Sri Lanka. Showing as global warranty is active. So can I claim the warranty from Sri Lanka

- Select <System Summary>:
- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:
OS Name |
Version |
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) ) |
BIOS Version/Date |
(2) Please report your results
