Bonsoir, je joue a World Of Warcraft sur un ordinateur portable.

Il y a 2 semaine, la batterie ainsi que le chargeur ont arrêter de fonctionner. Depuis quelques jour maintenant, j’ai un nouveau chargeur pour l’ordinateur, mais je n’ai plus de batterie.

Et depuis ce jour, j’ai énormément de baisse de FPS, je suis au alentour de 4 fps alors qu'auparavant j'étais aux alentours des 30+

 

J’ai emmener voir un informaticien, qui d’après HWMonitor, la carte graphique ne serait pas assez alimenté et ça viendrait potentiellement du chargeur.

J'ai l'impression que l'énergie que reçoit ma carte graphique n'est pas correcte... 

 

Après avoir contacter l'assistance technique du jeu en question, ceux-ci mon répondu qu'HP pouvait "brider" des composants s'il n'y avait pas de batterie.

 

J’ai réduis au minimum tout ce que je pouvais réduire en qualité graphique IG, mais ca ne change rien.
