Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, shut down the computer and then lift the laptop, position the microSD card slot downward, and then gently shake out the stuck card.
if this doesn't help, then contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hello I will get you the model number tonight but it's the flagship gaming omen 17" labtop and the card is completely stuck, the only way to get it out is by damaging the labtop. It's almost as if the labtop sd card slot was made smaller just enough that the card will not pop out. I have tried everything short of flat head screwdriver and pliers, justin

Please don't remove the SD card forcefully from the computer which may cause damage and warranty will be void.

The best option will be either ship the computer in for repair or check with the local computer store for the fix.

Please replay back with product details.

Thats why you need to call them before visiting as is written in the image.

HP lists them, but I am not familiar with them and I dont guarantee anything,

Otherwise, you should contact the HP Support center via the website and ask.
