I  had the issue regarding overheating and freezing of my laptop. I raised a complaint and got assisted by service centre. Engineer visited at my place with a new motherboard.  Please keep that in my mind that my laptop was in proper running condition without any flaws except the issue mentioned above. I was able to use my laptop it was proper bootable. After engineer visited my place he tried changing motherboard and afterwards he tried to turn on the system. My system didnt startup. He told me that the flaw might be in motherboard. Yesterday he came with a new motherboard again and still my system was not turning on. Now hp service team is telling me its not our fault that your system isn't turning on. My laptop is not working since a week. I having pending work, projects etc. Can one of Hp senior be able to help me? Or able to atleast resolve the issue. The service centre which belongs to Goregaon, Mumbai has the worst faculties. They dont even have the courteousy to call back the customer or answer their calls. Hope to hear from one of your senior as soon as possible. Please help me. I feel like I've scammed.
