Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Screen is black . No work . No words . No start .. but power light is work and keyborad light is work

I understand the monitor is blank. To assist you better, was it working fine before?

Is there any damage to the laptop/screen?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Troubleshooting Black Screen Displays
