Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was working and while the laptop was still running, the screen went black. I tried to restart it by switch it off directly from the power button and turning it on, but nothing helped.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Do you see boot screen and Windows loading ?

 

- Shutdown notebook

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
