HP Recommended

Several BSOD is happen while on plugin on my laptop

Spec :-

HP PAVILION 15 GAMING

Amd ryzen 5 4600H

Model :- ec1024ax

Ram - 24 gb

Storage :- 1 tb hdd and 500gb crucial p3 SSD

Nvidia GTX 1650

 

each time diffrent stop codes appear like irql ,k mode

Ntoskrnl.exe like .

But on battery no BSOD is happen

Plz help

How are you ?

 

I found this procedure recommended by Microsoft regarding the failure precisely mentioned by you.

Try applying it, if you can't, I recommend trying to install the system on your Laptop.
