@rebeliousxd90 Yours is another model that the specs show it does not have RGB lighting. It has a one zone (one color dragon red) keyboard. That is why its not showing the lighting option.
Note to all:
Everyone coming here reading these posts, you need to check the specs of the actual models you purchase and not assume they all have 4-zone keyboards. The pictures on the boxes do not represent all models.

About the only thing you could do is return it, IF you are within the return window of the store you purchased from. Then buy a different one with the correct keyboard.
The HP store is showing the RGB keyboards are not available for separate purchase.
Part number M00667-001

The only models I can find in India with AMD processors that have 4 zone RGB keyboards are these...
OMEN Laptop 15-en0036AX
OMEN Laptop 15-en0037AX
OMEN Laptop 15-en0046AX
OMEN Laptop 15-en0501AX
If you find one that's sold in your area, you will be able to look up the rest of its specs there.
Or put the model number in the HP Search box and look up the specs there...

Hope that helps. 🙂
