Good day! My laptop model is OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an009ur. There is a problem when turning on. The laptop often turns off immediately after being turned on. And it can turn on normally up to the fifth time of attempts in a row. It can turn off at the moment the logo is loaded, at the moment the lock screen appears, and even when the desktop has already loaded. The coolers seem to suddenly stop spinning.

 

Reinstalled Windows. The laptop has been cleaned and the thermal paste has just been replaced. Doesn't get hot, mostly cool air. Installed the latest BIOS. Nothing changed. I also did a full system scan (2 hours) using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI). I also checked individual components. Shows that everything is fine. But there is a problem and it worries me a lot. Tell me, please, what could be the problem? Are there any ways to solve it?

(2) Download and install

(3) Restart Windows

(4) Test again
