Some of the keys on my keyboard stopped working. All of them work apart from shift, z, x, c, v, m. I have tried everything from driver uninstall, driver updates, bios recovery, cleaning motherboard and fans. It doesn't show up on any of the computer tests as there is no press registered to the keys. The backlight still works on all of them, and all of the keys do work with an external keyboard. Any help would be really appreciated, thank you!

- Check if the keys work in the command prompt window or on a notepad
- You can do Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
