Hi@SametUca,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing sound issues with the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Check if the sound is heard when connect the headphones.
  • Try connecting the USB/Wireless mouse and check if sound is heard.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @Dilip_18 , when I plug in a wireless mouse, the problem is solved. However, the problem persists with all wired mice. I have updated the bios but the problem persists.
