Hello, because I don't know English, I wrote it as a translate and translated it. don't blame me in advance.
I am a football manager enthusiast and for the last 1 month I have been experiencing stuttering and stuttering while playing this game (football manager 2022) in 2d mode. I have installed updated versions of all drivers. Fan and thermal maintenance has been done. The power plan is at high performance and the nvidia settings are also adjusted, but the game stutters even though I do all the operations. For example, I play GTA 5 without any problems, but I have problems with games such as Football manager 2022 (career mode) - Fifa Online 4.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion - 15-ec0007nt (8BW49EA) according to: https://support.hp.com/hk-en/document/c06458706 and: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06446633.pdf, if fitted with one of these three graphics cards: either the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660Ti with 6 GB of dedicated video memory or the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 with 4 GB of dedicated video memory, your football game should run smoothly at high res with either of these two, or your laptop is fitted with the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 with 3 GB of dedicated video memory. If your laptop is fitted with the latter, that would explain your game stuttering.
Also, your laptop can accept up to 2 x16GB but should at least be fitted with 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-EEC, Unbuffered, 260-pin RAM sticks, such as the Crucial 2x8GB CT2K8G4SFRA32A 3200 MHz RAM Kit.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
NonSequitur777

I have a gtx 1650 (4gb) as a video card on my computer and I upgraded the ram capacity from 8 gb ram to 16 gb ram 6 months ago. As you said, according to these features, I should be able to play in high resolution without any problems, but I have been experiencing stuttering for 1 month. As I mentioned in the previous article, I tried all the settings and solutions, but the hangups continued. Could the problem be related to graphics card updates? Or are there different solutions?

All right, let's see if applying the steps in the following link will make a difference: Fix Game Stuttering on Windows 11 and 10 in a few Easy Steps (windowsreport.com).

Hello, I haven't been able to look at my laptop for a long time due to my work. I tried the steps in the link you sent and I've been testing for the last 2 days, but it was still inconclusive. In the game I play, the stuttering continues, even though the 60 fps remains constant and I lower the graphics. I'm about to go crazy because of this situation. The game, which should not stutter and hang, stutters as if I am playing on a bad computer.

Thank you for sharing this guide.
I had the same issue with free fire PC on my desktop, but after following the guide, I updated all my drivers and optimize the settings, and now it is working perfectly.
Thanks again 😉
