Sorry i don't get it why you saying this "usury", did i said something bad?
I'm still learning english so maybe i said something without knowing?
Anyway i will first see how my laptop will work after the summer heat pass, thank you for trying to help me.

usury means: Prices that are too high are no longer acceptable.
