System performance has been temporarily limited due to high tempature

Dear Community & HP Team

Whenever i play games or do designs i keep getting this error even my CPU & GPU temperature is not high and it is limiting my gaming performance, occurs lag in game and cuts off the my headset sound. This even happens when the PC is idle.

I am using 800rpm laptop cooler pad and using maximum fan mode but it doesn't fix my problem.

Is there a way to disable this limitation or any method to get rid away from this?

I also started to have this same issue since last week. And I am doing and playing the exact things as I was doing for the last months. Same temperatures as before but now I constantly get this warning everytime I play.
