Hello,
I have a 17t-cm200 or 17-ck2000 (as mentioned by the HP website), recently I got a BitLocker screen and after unlocking it, it seems like my TPM module is seemlessly gone. I tried everything from BIOS updates / Downgrade-Upgrade steps. I have attempted clean installations or attempt to find the TPM module driver. In addition I have also attempt HP Cloud recovery which did not go successful, it just kept on failing. At this point I am losing hope for this laptop's TPM module to restore.
Any help will be appreciated,
Thank you.

You can try this. . .
Go to F10 BIOS setup -> Security. Make sure that TPM is enabled.
If the "Restore Security Settings to Factory Default" setting is not grayed out, select it and hit the Enter key and save changes and exit. Check the TPM status in Windows.

That sounds really frustrating! If you've already tried BIOS updates, clean installations, and HP Cloud Recovery without success, it might be worth checking if the TPM is disabled in the BIOS. Sometimes, it gets turned off automatically after a BitLocker issue. Try going into your BIOS settings and looking for a TPM or Security section—see if you can enable it manually. DadeSchools
If that doesn’t work, you might also try clearing the TPM via Windows (if it still shows up under Device Manager or Security Settings). If it's completely missing, it could be a hardware issue, and contacting HP support might be the best option.
Hope you get it sorted soon!

Hello,
It's a really frustrating issue. I did in-fact try everything from BIOS Updates, Clean Installations, HP Cloud Recovery. Windows does not recognize the TPM Module in any ways. Even TPM.msc failed to find the module itself. BIOS interface keep saying "TPM: Enabled", even with all defaults, TPM Clearing and etc. Might be that contacting HP Support will be the only solution to this. Thank you!

Hello, same problem here. I tried updating the BIOS and drivers, but it's not working... If anyone managed to fix it, please help me. If it was only fixed by HP technical support, please let me know so I can send in my laptop. This problem is causing the notebook to take a long time to start, and it's very annoying.
