Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello,
I have a 17t-cm200 or 17-ck2000 (as mentioned by the HP website), recently I got a BitLocker screen and after unlocking it, it seems like my TPM module is seemlessly gone. I tried everything from BIOS updates / Downgrade-Upgrade steps. I have attempted clean installations or attempt to find the TPM module driver. In addition I have also attempt HP Cloud recovery which did not go successful, it just kept on failing. At this point I am losing hope for this laptop's TPM module to restore.
Any help will be appreciated,
Thank you.
