When I look up your product ID, 1N1G4PA for system specs here, there is no video board listed which indicates the graphics build into the CPU is the only graphics. If I use google to look for 15-ec1050ax, the GTX-1050Ti is the only board listed.
You have RTX-3050 which outperforms the 1050ti
You can try that driver i listed earlier, the NVidia game ready one or you can download the HP recommended driver for the 1N1GE4PA which is good for NVidia boards in an HP laptop but is two years older than the "game ready" one

You upgraded your memory. What speed is it running at?
If it is not running at it's rated speed you may need to get the Ryzen Master to configure memory.
Your memory was MEMORY 8GB 3200MHz 1.2v DDR4
What is the speed of the current memory? Is it running at 3200?
Also, check into the bios and if the Ryzen graphics option shows up then disable Ryzen CPU graphics.
