Hey! I have a problem with the touchpad. HP Omen 15 en0044ur device. After pressing the touchpad, it rises and beats most likely against the body. How to fix without a service center and so on? Video attached, watch with sound. https://youtube.com/shorts/YlvPMsa-KMU?feature=share

I see you are experiencing Touchpad issues with the OMEN 15-En0000 Laptop PC.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 

If the issue still persists then it is a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
