I have to run a program called ThrottleStop to disable turbo boost on my laptop. If I don't, it'll cause my laptop to BSOD when browsing and gaming. I thought it was heat, but after applying Thermal Grizzly paste and getting a beefy laptop cooler, it still happens. I thought it was RAM, bought some new DIMMs, nope. Thought it was the HDD I use for extra storage, removed it...nope.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I'd prefer to use Turbo Boost as it gives a much welcome performance boost when gaming, but I don't won't to choke out my laptop until it won't boot anymore.

The specific BSOD it gives is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Thanks!

There is no Turbo setting in the BIOS either, that's why I have to use a third party software to disable it. Thanks in advance!
