Hello, everyone,
I have connected my laptop via USB-C to my monitor using a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter
But I don't get a signal on the monitor, the laptop doesn't recognize anything either. I have tested the port, if I connect a mouse, it works.
I have used this adapter:

According to the data sheet, the laptop DisplayPort 1.4 supports

What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your help.

HEllo @Boomerx
It could be that adapter or cable being faulty.
In the USA, that brand has a similar version of that adapter also. Its ratings are very poor, stating it doesn't work.
I would send it back and try a different brand.
