Hi:
Your notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports NVMe SSD's and you can install a 1 TB drive at least.
HP only has the service manual for the older model series.

Hi,
Thanks for the information. Few Queries:
- For m.2, is the limit maximum 1TB or 1 TB is the minimum supported storage?
- Is the m.2 slot you mentioned, an empty one or the one with preinstalled 512 GB drive?
- The manual mentions "Supports 7.0 mm/7.2 mm, 2.5 in SATA hard drives", Is it valid for my model too?

You're very welcome.
Generally, the drive capacity is just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.
For example: The Crucial SSD report indicates that they offer M.2 NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB in storage capacity for your notebook's model series.

Your notebook only has one M.2 slot. It does not have an empty slot you can add a second M.2 SSD into.
I do not know if 2.5" drives are still supported in the model series.
Probably so, but since your PC only came with a M.2 SSD, most likely none of the parts are included to add a 2.5" drive and you would have to find and buy the parts needed to add a 2.5" drive that are listed in the service manual.

Thanks for the info.
After some more research based on your input, I was able to figure out, that it has one SATA slot (with dummy/fake drive) and one m.2 NVMe slot (which has a boot drive of 512 GB). Adding this here, in case someone is looking in the future.
