(1) Download and install <malwarebytes>

(2) Run <full> malwarebytes scan

(3) Please report your results

I concur with ub6424, looks like some kind of infection. .vbs is usually a visual basic script. often associated with malware

 

also take a look in your system startup items in the task manager. disable anything that looks questionable. I bet you have a reference to that vbs in there as well

Since when does the message appear ? It could have been a software installation that contained malware.
