Hello, I have downloaded and created the recovery on multiple different hp notebooks and the HP Victus BIOS screen does not show up, I'm sure that I completed every step in the YouTube video but it still stays in a blank state with blinking lights on the caps lock

Hello @PT04

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Hello @PT04

Costly action:

The BIOS can be reflashed with a "programmer" by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store. But there is no guarantee that the notebook will continue to work 100% after that.

Alternative:

Thank you for taking time out of your week, it really meant a lot to try and help fix my problem. I will probably try to get the chip repaired in order to not lose weeks work of school work on it.

Hello @PT04

You're welcome!

Your data (school work) is on the <hard disk>. This can be read out with a USB-to-SSD adapter.

Keep me updated

Good luck
