crackling sound on my speaker

My OMEN laptop  OMEN Laptop 15-ek0xxx speaker started to have crackling noise ,  when i use headphone the sound is ok. 

i tried all the solution that i read  here , but seem nothing works , i even reset my laptop. 

Can anyone help me pls . or should i bring my machine to the service center? tysm in advance

I see you are experiencing crackling sound from speaker on the OMEN Laptop PC.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 

If issue still persist then it could be a hardware issue on the PC as the sound works fine with the headphones.
