@_dhruv, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

This error typically indicates that your system shut down unexpectedly—without going through the normal shutdown process. It can be caused by:

  • Power loss (e.g., battery or adapter issues)
  • System crashes or freezes
  • Overheating
  • Faulty hardware (RAM, PSU, motherboard, etc.)
  • Driver or BIOS issues

Since you're seeing 44 critical Kernel-Power errors, and you've experienced a black screen issue, this could point to a recurring hardware or firmware problem.

Please try these steps,

BIOS Update
>Go to HP Support → Enter your product name → Download and install the latest BIOS.

Windows + Drivers Up-to-Date
>Ensure:

>Windows Update is complete.

>HP Support Assistant has run and installed all drivers.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

>Press Esc repeatedly when powering on → press F2 → Run System Test (Extensive).

>If any hardware fails here, note it down.

If the issue persists, we suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you further.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: HP® Service Center Locator - India | HP® Support
(Select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the city name or pincode)

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
