Hello ,recently my laptop is so hot in game.

laptop becomes hot when plugged in

The temperature increase to 97 degrees and freezes there and fan is alot loud.

I decreased the video quality but it is the same. I don t know what to do...but it is disturbing

I have-

i7-7700HQ

gtx 1050 ti.

i have cleaned the heatsinks and changed the thermal paste and cleaned the fans too. the laptop remains cool near the cpu and gpu but becomes extremely hot in the battery area. so much hot that i think i can boil water there and i might even be successful. plz help

I understand that you are facing the overheating issue.

 

As you have stated that the laptop is very hot to touch.

 

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

i think hp is the worst. everywhere i see people complaining and whenever the ask for help ignorant people come for help who just see the title and post the prewritten material. u cant give suffiecient service despite being an international brand. u have made gaming notebook in the papers only. actually you people are making worse than normal laptops. i have to undervolt turnoff the turbo boost but still i get temps higher than 80. i cant play games games properly and now games stuck in the middle with funny sounds but all the community questions i read there isnt even a single person technical enough to help. they dont even read what the people complain about. they just write randomly and people have to tell them again and again.
