Hallo. I just bought a new HP pavilion (HP Pavilion 15-cx0077wm) and in the description it says that the battery life is about 6,5 hours. After a fully charge it lasts no more than 2 hours MAXIMUM. What do u think is the problem..i need it for work and 2 hours are totally unsatisfying. I have tried to contact you twice before they have told me to calibrate my battery i have done but there is no change.

It all depends on how you are using the laptop. Those numbers advertised for battery life are estimated under labratory conditions with everything turned off. You will never get the potentially advertised rate in real life, especially with a larger video card installed like a GTX 1060.
All manufacturers do this. Look at this article.... https://www.howtogeek.com/365241/why-your-laptop-battery-never-lasts-as-long-as-advertised/
Also, If you are gaming, its recommended to play while plugged in to get full power for your hardware also. Otherwise the system will throttle the power back to conserve energy and save heat.

Thanks very much i really appreciate your help sir but really man the 2 hours i am taking about it when the laptop is on battery saver and minimum brightness and only using Google chrome no videos playpla gaming or anything like that .
so I really think it should last long as the laptop is brand new
