HI my internet option is not available on my laptop. All other devices in the house work.

I have tried a computer reset

I have tried all the options on the video for connection issues

It seems to be missing a wireless adaptor option in network adapters

Any ideas?

Greetings @Winter1231

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Is your PC is warranty?

It looks like your Laptop may have a faulty WIFI adapter if there are no unknown devices in Device Manager. Normally a missing device in Device Manager suggest the component is not being detected by Windows.

Plus you did a system reset. A system reset should bring back a device if a Windows problem caused the device to disappear in Device Manager.

Your PC could have a MB integrated WIFI chip or an M.2 WIFI card.

You should contact HP Support if a PC within the warranty period has a hardware problem.

Or you could have a local PC Tech check the system.

Finally, the easiest fix would be to purchase an external  USB WIFI adapter.

Regards
