Its hard to say because I wasnt there to see what happend and dont know what you did to repair it the first time.
What did you do the first time?
I would check the ribbon cable to make sure its seated properly.
You might have a bad screen also.

At first time i gave it to the store because the warranty is still available and they replace the whole screen to a new one
and i do not know if actually because ribbon cable but like what i said it is not the first time

That picture looks more like the screen had blunt force trama given to it. It was hit or something heavy was put on the lid and pressed too hard against it.
Just my opinion.
All you can do is see if warranty will fix it again.

Use the HP Parts Surfer and copy/paste the number to see if you can purchase it in your country through HP.
