hi,
it has been 3 months since the computer made a strange noise due to the fan, I have already tried to open and clean it, but nothing, the problem persists, do you think it is a hardware or software problem?

Hello @shadow35

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

(1) Update BIOS

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)

Why should you install the update ?

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:

  • An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
  • The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
  • HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

"

(2) Install Dynamic Tuning Driver

(3) Reboot and test again ...

That is no enough.

Thermal paste dries out and loses its function if it is constantly overheated. Therefore it must be renewed !

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked
- General cleaning ...

You should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
