Product: OMEN by HP 17-cb0000nx

My wifi and Bluetooth network is not showing in my settings and are inaccessible..

I've done hard reset, installed the drivers, updated everything but it's still not working..

 

What should I do?

HP Recommended

 Have you checked they're enabled in the BIOS?     If you are unsure, I will post you a stepby step.
