HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0058ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. My laptop hp 15-dk0068ur does not charge through the type-c port, it also charges through the DC port only from the original power supply, it charges from other sources through the DC port only when it is turned off. It ignores power banks and other power supplies with a similar current and voltage both through the DC port and through Type-c. Tell me please, what could be the problem?

Its specs

             https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06430920

It has 1 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C™ (10 Gb/s signaling rate, Power Delivery 3.0, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port that means you can use a compatible USB-C charger with wattage rating 200W or more. What is your USB-C charger ?

Regards.

I can use any values, but it doesn't respond even to 200 watts. Thanks
