when i connect my charging it is not powering up at all and it is not charging when i swtich offing my laptop it is charging i tried everything it is not fixing and aslo i test with my friend charger it is 135watts and mine 250 watts and his charging working properly when my laptop is poweron but mine is not working when poweron only after i shutdown it is working and i aslo check with hp support about my battery it is normal . can any one have any suggestions to fix this issue

It looks like you're using a 250W charger, but your laptop supports 200W, 230W, or 280W chargers. Since the 250W charger is outside the recommended range, it might be causing the issue.
Here’s what you can do:
Check the charger: Make sure the charger that came with the laptop is 250W. If it’s not, try using a 230W or 280W charger instead.
Test with the original charger: If the original charger is 250W, check if the cable and connector are working properly.
Try a power cycle: Turn the laptop off, unplug the charger, wait a minute, then plug it back in.
Update BIOS: Sometimes, power issues can be fixed with a BIOS update. You can check for updates on HP’s support page.
