Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptops fans were constantly working and it was making too much noise, it was like an engine when it started working. I got my fans cleaned from a local store and the noise is still pretty loud. I can't understand what is the issue. I thought it might be overheating by I don't think it is. Also my battery is running low easily and I sometimes have it plugged in all day but even when it's not plugged in ,its still pretty loud.

Anyone has the same problem? I thought it might also be my model because it's not that common but I don't know now.
