Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased a brand new HP 15-AY503TX Laptop a week ago. As It was Free DOS, I had to install the Windows 10 64 bit OS and Device Drivers on my own.
When i play games it laging...suggest mean i play high grapic games with my pc

Thanks for the reply, as per the specification of your notebook, this model only comes with 1 headphone/microphone combo jack. 

 

Recommend you to buy a headset that supports a combo jack similar to the ones that you get with mobile phones.

Welcome to HP Forums,

 

I see you are not happy with the performance of your computer when you are playing high graphics games. I would like to provide my suggestion.

 

Compare the minimum requirements of the game you are playing with the computer. If the requirements of the game are high, you can reduce the settings of the graphics on the game itself. 

Since you install the operating system on your own. I recommend you to install HP Support assistant to check if there are any updates available for your computer. Refer http://hp.care/2fvNQNc

You can also check the computer for hardware failures, refer http://hp.care/2bOrqZQ

The graphics card for this laptop is integrated on the motherboard. You would need to replace the motherboard to change the graphics card.

Thanks for the reply, the only way to switch the graphics card for your notebook is by buying and installing a new motherboard that is compatible with your notebook. Click here for the manual.

Here only one jack for headset but i need 2 jack for my headset

I buy my notebook a month ago and i installed all the drivers mysef and now i wanted to know somthing that how can i ensure that all my drivers are correctly installed or not.

Thanks for the reply. To make sure the recommended drivers are installed. I suggest you to run HP Support Assistant to check for driver updates and to diagnose issues.
