Hello, i honestly know nothing abt computers but i know enough that something is wrong with my laptop i bought a month ago. I have a victus laptop 15-fa0xxx but whenever i try to play overwatch but the rubberbanding is insane and i can barely even play at all. plus, more often than normal i get the blue screen of death in the middle of the game. i dont know if overwatch is too much to handle but its very frustrating when i have only had this laptop for little bit.

Since everything seems to be fine, I believe it's the game that is causing the issue. Try to connect with the gaming team and see if there is any glitch.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
Does it happen only when you play this game (overwatch) particularly or does it happen when you working on your laptop normally?

hello,
thanks for ur help. yes, both the lag and bluescreening happen during gaming, even on lower quality games like roblox. i installed the BIOS update which seemed to help a bit, but there still seems to be lag. i dont think its a connection issue either because i keep running networks tests and they all say its fine, but i could be wrong. i also downloaded/updated whatever drivers i could find.
