Hello @wryaghazi

The diagnosis does not look good. The battery has no connection to the mainboad or the Battery Management System (BMS) is defective.

(1) When did you bought the notebook ?

(2) Do you have still HP warranty ?

No, it's inside the battery housing.

(1) You have to check the battery again !

Disassemble the notebook, remove the battery and reinsert properly.

Hello @wryaghazi

You should check the battery again, especially the copper contacts. According to the diagnosis, there is no connection, so it can not be charged. This is a purely technical problem. But it could also be that the "new" battery is defective !
