Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i open my command center and press the login button it doesnt change, how can i solved this problem. there is a logo on the center always turning but no any reaction.

 

My system information is as follows;

 

Product name: OMEN by HP Laptop 17-an0xx
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64 bit Version: 19041.388
BIOS: F.22-06 / 05/2020
Total Memory: 24 GB
Processor name: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz

OCC version: v. 10.3.4.0

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I suggest you first uninstall the software completely from the control panel > programs Next run the SFC scan.

You can refer to this Link: Click here

 

Then download the latest Omen Command Center from this Link:- Click here

Software completely uninstalled and Sfc scan completed successfully, but the download link you provided is not working.

 

this is the error code.;
