Hello, I am having problem in omen gaming hub and HP support assistant in both the apps my device is coming wrong my laptop is HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk 1514TX Laptop PC, and in these apps my laptop is coming HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC, and the same thing is  happening on the HP website, and I am also writing the serial number correct, but still I am having this problem. Pls tell me how can I solve it.

What is its Product number ? For example

On my machines, HPSA shows them both have right product numbers (green), model names (red) as shown above. Please update HPSA, that may help

(3) Install

OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package
