I'm a teacher and print a lot of learning centers at home on my
HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer series printer. Recently, it has started printing black in areas where it should be white. I have no idea how to fix this. Can someone please help me out? Is there a setting on my computer or on my printer that should be changed? Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
Couple of questions for you. Did you make any changes to your printer before this started happening? Did you install new ink cartridges? Are the cartridges HP branded or refilled (not judging, just asking 🙂). Did you upgraded your Mac to a newer version of the operating system? Just trying to figure out if something in your environment changed and then this happened, or if it just started doing this out of nowhere. If it came out of nowhere, have you checked your ink levels recently?
