Just want to know how to fix the access denied messages that I am getting from the HP store. It is like they want me to take my money elsewhere for a new computer. Is it just down and they can't handle the amount of traffic that is coming in since it is Black Friday/ Cyber Monday or something wrong with my computer. Just downloaded assistant btw.

Here is the HP Store.-
The website works for me, though I understand this may not help you. I am in the Western USA perhaps using a different setup, a different service (Internet), and accessing different pathways to get the data from the site to my location...
Just checked - the store front looks a little different - likely a change for the holiday buying season.
You may need to clear your browser cache.
For those reading - Although it is certainly not always obvious, you can contact the store by phone!
Normally, in the USA website, the phone number is posted near the top, under the red banner, "center to right-ish" side of the website home page.

Click "Call an HP Rep"
Fill in the answers to two questions:

This is the first time I have ever had trouble with this site! I have been buying my ink here for years. I have had no changes in anything. Today I get an access to site denial, with Reference #18.777973f.1575251368.29639f6a. What is going on?

Same problem here. I've used HP for years, but the last few days are a constant "access denied"...usually partially through the creation of an order. I'm buying a laptop today (12/2) and if the site doesn't get fixed, I'll buy it from someone else.
