Hi! I just registered my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 for Instant Ink and the 2 month Free Trial to be included, per the included pamphlet in the box, was not applied to my account. There is no offer code included on the pamphlet. Can someone help me get the credit for the 2 months? Much thanks!
