Hello!
I bough the printer HP Envy 6255 around 2 weeks ago and on the printer, it says "save up for 50% on instant ink - 2 month free trial". I signed up for the instant ink as instructed in the printed manual and on the screen of the printer. However, I do not find the information to activate the free trial in the instant ink account. And three days ago, even after I installed the instant ink cartridges, still no sign that the promotion is applied yet.
So, can anyone tell me how to activate this 2-month free trial?
Thank you,
Anna
