Are you looking for a warranty or free months of Instant Ink?

6 free months of ink trial as it says on the box and instructions but wnen I filled in the information it was only 2 months. Also my series number is not getting accepted. This has been checked by family and been veirfied by them as correct. I cant get in to any information without putting in my serial number

Ive gave up on the ink. Think the serial number not being accepted is more important now

Thank you for the confirmation. If the offer is mentioned on the printer box, it will get credited automatically.
Once enrolled within 7 days of installation, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account. For assistance with enrollment, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
Make sure the printer is enrolled/registered in Instant Ink.
If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Thanks for your help but I have given in regarding the extra free trial. I am more concerned about my serial number now as anywhere I try for info I m asked for my serial number which isn't getting accepted for some reason. The box my new printer was in was well sealed and the printer itself was covered in plastic wrap so it hadn't been tampered with. The number is on the back/ right corner and entered it a few times and asked family members to check the number
