Hello!

 

i've tried multiple ways to get the claim code to accept the 6 month trial that's offered when bought the printer, but no success.

 

I've seen multiple posts about this , but no public solution as all were addressed in private by HP employees on this forum.

 

how do I get it to work?

I understand that the free trial code is not working, I am glad to assist you.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
